Return and Refund Policy

 

Farm Boys Graphics – No Returns or Refunds Policy

At Farm Boys Graphics, all sales are final. Due to the custom and digital nature of our products and services, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Custom Products & Services

All graphic design work, printed materials, digital files, branding services, and other products are created specifically for each customer. Once an order is placed or work has begun, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Digital Products

All digital products and files delivered by Farm Boys Graphics are non-refundable. Once files are sent, accessed, or downloaded, the sale is final.

Printed Materials

Printed items are produced based on customer-approved designs. Farm Boys Graphics is not responsible for errors in content, spelling, colors, or layout that were approved by the customer prior to printing.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits and payments made to Farm Boys Graphics are non-refundable, including deposits for future or ongoing work.

Exceptions

Refunds or reprints may only be considered if an error is made solely by Farm Boys Graphics, at our discretion. In such cases, our liability is limited to correcting the error or reprinting the affected item. No cash refunds will be issued.

Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order, submitting payment, or approving a design, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this No Returns or Refunds Policy in full.

SMS Communication Policy

 

SMS recipients provide consent through clear, affirmative opt-in actions. Consent is typically collected in one or more of the following ways:

  • Web or Mobile Forms: Recipients check an unchecked consent box or submit a form that clearly discloses the purpose of the messages, message frequency (if applicable), that message and data rates may apply, and how to opt out.
  • Keyword Opt-In: Recipients text a specific keyword (e.g., “JOIN” or “START”) to a short code or long code after seeing a compliant call-to-action.
  • Point-of-Sale or Paper Forms: Recipients provide their phone number and explicitly agree to receive SMS messages, with consent language documented and retained.
  • Double Opt-In (Where Used): After the initial opt-in, recipients confirm their consent by replying to a follow-up message.

Consent is not inferred from silence, pre-checked boxes, or the purchase of goods or services. All programs include clear instructions for opting out (e.g., replying “STOP”) and accessing help (e.g., replying “HELP”). Consent records are maintained to demonstrate compliance with applicable laws and carrier requirements (e.g., TCPA, CTIA guidelines).
